Today, young people face challenges our founders could never have imagined when Sigma Gamma Rho began. Still, such challenges provide the sorority with opportunities to uphold their vision.
Established in 1939, the Rhoer Club Affiliate is a group of girls, ranging from ages 12-18. Through this club, young ladies work to support each other and their communities, while learning social, emotional, and professional skills and receiving mentorship from the women of Sigma Gamma Rho.

The program consists of training and guidance in education, community service, vocation, fine arts, and social affairs. The program also provides the young women with the energy, support, commitment, and encouragement of the Sorors of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. to help them develop and succeed in their life’s endeavors.
